Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the use of Yayun customer communication and support services. By using our services, clients agree to use them only for lawful business communication.
Service Scope
Yayun provides support for WhatsApp Business API onboarding, customer support workflow, message template preparation, multilingual communication, order communication, and after-sales service coordination.
Permitted Use
Services may be used only for legitimate business purposes, including customer support, order updates, product inquiries, after-sales communication, and other lawful communication with customers who have a valid relationship with the business.
Prohibited Use
Clients must not use Yayun services for spam, fraud, illegal products, unauthorized bulk messaging, misleading claims, harassment, abusive content, or any activity that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
Platform Policy Compliance
Clients are responsible for following the policies of Meta, WhatsApp, and any other official business messaging platforms they use. Yayun supports compliant communication practices but does not control platform approval decisions.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate business information, maintain lawful customer contact practices, respect customer preferences, and ensure that all products, services, and messages comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service support, but communication services may depend on third-party platforms, networks, and client-provided information. Yayun is not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party systems or policy enforcement actions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yayun is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from service use, third-party platform decisions, or client misuse of communication services.
Termination
Yayun may suspend or terminate service if a client violates these Terms, applicable laws, platform policies, or uses the service in a way that may harm customers, platforms, or Yayun.
